  • Worried about your current gym being too busy? We have a strict limit to the amount of participants in our classes
  • Worried about social distancing in your current gym? We are used to running rehabilitation sessions in a clinical setting and have used this knowledge to create a safe, socially distant environment 
  • Want to exercise in a safe environment? All of our participants are regularly screened, temperature checked and adhere to hand hygiene & PPE protocols.
We specialise in strength training in a clinical environment.

Our small group classes have been designed to in a specific way so that you get the most benefit from your workout. Our clinic has adapted to all of the government measures regarding the re-opening of clinical spaces and we have continued this attention to safety into our small group strength classes.
