  • Is you current gym too busy? We have a strict limit to the amount of participants in our classes
  • Never lifted weights before? Our coaches have over 40 years of experience between them and are used to coaching complete beginners from scratch. 
  • Recovering from an injury? We are experienced in running rehabilitation sessions in a clinical setting and have used this knowledge to create safe and structured resistance training sessions to help you achieve your goals

Our small group classes have been designed to in a specific way so that you get the most benefit from your workout. Most of our classes are pure strength training and are designed to help maintain muscle mass for sport, everyday life or if you are recovering from injury. Our High Intensity fitness training (Wednesday morning at 8am) to push your fitness to the next level.
