One client of ours, Charlotte, told us the point where she didn't know how to exercise as her knee's hurt and restricted her from doing any strength training or running. She said,
"I remember rolling out of bed one Saturday morning, pulling my near-naked body to the mirror and thinking… “What happened to me?”. I remember when I was younger, and dropping 5 or 10 pounds was near on easy in comparison to now."
